Chagrin Falls Bacon

Ingredients
- 1 lb bacon
- 1/4 lb dark brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon clove
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 take a baking pan and line it with foil. then place a rack on the foil and set aside.
- 2 preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- 3 mix together the brown sugar and spices in a bowl.
- 4 cut the bacon in half so each original piece is now 2 pieces.
- 5 dredge the bacon pieces in the brown sugar mixture, coating well.
- 6 put each piece of bacon on the rack.
- 7 cook for 20-30 minutes.
- 8 use tongs to remove from the rack (they will be very hot!) and place on wax paper to cool.
- 9 can be frozen.
