Ingredients
- 1 lb tomato
- 1/2 onion
- 2 jalapenos
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cilantro
Recipe
- 1 char tomatoes, onion and jalapenos on a hot pan, griddle or grill.
- 2 put charred ingredients in blender.
- 3 add in pepper, salt and cilantro.
- 4 blend until smooth.
