Buffalo Chicken Dip

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken breast (2 large)
  • 6 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
  • 1/2 shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 place chicken breasts into a pan and add enough water to cover chicken - bring to boil then reduce heat to medium and poach for 6 to 7 minutes.
  • 2 remove chicken and allow them to cool.
  • 3 once cool shred chicken using two forks.
  • 4 place chicken and hot sauce into a skillet-heat through add cream cheese ( cut into chunks) and dressing heat until well blended.
  • 5 add half of the shredded cheese stir until melted.
  • 6 place in crock-sprinkle top with remaining shredded cheese.
  • 7 serve with crackers.
