Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast (2 large)
- 6 tablespoons hot sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
- 1/2 shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 place chicken breasts into a pan and add enough water to cover chicken - bring to boil then reduce heat to medium and poach for 6 to 7 minutes.
- 2 remove chicken and allow them to cool.
- 3 once cool shred chicken using two forks.
- 4 place chicken and hot sauce into a skillet-heat through add cream cheese ( cut into chunks) and dressing heat until well blended.
- 5 add half of the shredded cheese stir until melted.
- 6 place in crock-sprinkle top with remaining shredded cheese.
- 7 serve with crackers.
