Breakfast Scones

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 3 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste i usually do 1/2 cup)
- 1/3 cup margarine (or butter or shortening)
- 3/4 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven for 350*f
- 2 cut together first five ingredients.
- 3 slowly add milk and mix it inches.
- 4 form dough into a ball like lump.
- 5 put dough onto a floured surface.
- 6 pat it down and divide it into two separate lumps about 1/2 inch thick.
- 7 cut each lump into fourths and make wedge-like shapes.
- 8 put on lightly greased baking sheet and cook for 10-12 minutes.
