Baked Sausage Taco Dip

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 lb italian sausage, casings removed
  • 1 (13 ounce) can refried beans
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar mild salsa
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (8 oz)
  • 2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar sliced black olives, drained
  • 1 cup sliced green onion
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 (1 lb) bag tortilla chips

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 cook sausage over medium heat, breaking up the meat with the edge of a spoon, drain.
  • 3 spread the beans over the bottom of a 2 1/2 quart shallow baking dish and top with sausage.
  • 4 pour salsa over sausage, add cheeses, sprinkle with olives and green onions.
  • 5 bake uncovered 25-30 minutes, top with sour cream and serve with chips.
