Ingredients

- 1 (13 ounce) jar blueberry jam
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons chardonnay wine or 2 tablespoons other wine
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- fresh mint
Recipe
- 1 heat jam over low heat in a medium sauce pan until melted. transfer jam to a medium bowl.
- 2 add cream, wine, lemon juice, vanilla and water. mix well.
- 3 chill soup.
- 4 just before serving, garnish with sour cream and fresh mint.
