Chili Cheese Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (8 ounce) package velveeta cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) can hormel chili (no beans)
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded chopped
  • 1/2 cup half-and-half

Recipe

  • 1 combine the cheese and half and half in a sauce pan and slowly heat while stirring until all the cheese is melted.
  • 2 add the jalepeno, cayenne and chili, let simmer on low for about 5 minutes stirring frequently so cheese wont burn to bottom of pan.
