Ingredients
- 1 lb halibut
- 1/4 lb shrimp
- 4 lemons
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 hot pepper, chopped fine
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (coriander)
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
Recipe
- 1 juice lemons.
- 2 chop up everything.
- 3 mix it up, add lemon juice.
- 4 refrigerate for 8 hours, or overnight.
