Ceviche

Total Time: 8 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1 lb halibut
  • 1/4 lb shrimp
  • 4 lemons
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 hot pepper, chopped fine
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (coriander)
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 juice lemons.
  • 2 chop up everything.
  • 3 mix it up, add lemon juice.
  • 4 refrigerate for 8 hours, or overnight.
