Chicken Mango Skewers

Ingredients

  • Servings: 18
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 mango

Recipe

  • 1 in large bowl combine soy sauce, lemon juice, cinnamon, cayenne, chili powder, salt and pepper.
  • 2 cut chicken into 1-inch cubes.
