Buffalo Chicken Dip

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle bleu cheese salad dressing
  • 3/4 cup hot sauce
  • 16 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 boil chicken breasts, about 15 minutes.
  • 2 pat dry chicken and shred with fork.
  • 3 place shredded chicken in 9x13 pyrex dish.
  • 4 pour 1/2 cup hot sauce over chicken.
  • 5 slice cream cheese about 1/4 inch thick, layer slices over chicken sauce mixture.
  • 6 pour on bleu cheese dressing.
  • 7 pour on remainder of hot sauce.
  • 8 sprinkle cheddar cheese evenly on top.
  • 9 bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheddar cheese is melted and has starting browning.
  • 10 serve hot with chips.
  • 11 enjoy!
