- 1 lb fresh large mushroom
- cream cheese, room temperature
- bacon bits, fresh
Recipe
- 1 thouroghly clean mushrooms.
- 2 spoon out stems.
- 3 chop mushroom stems into pieces and combine with cream cheese.
- 4 add bacon bits to cream cheese and mushroom mixture.
- 5 spoon ingredients into the caps of the muchrooms.
- 6 place onto cookie sheetand broil until tops are brown.
