Catalina Chicken Wings (or Pieces)

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) bottle catalina french dressing, i use clone kraft's catalina salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons minced peeled fresh ginger
  • 1 1/2 dozen chicken wings, disjointed and tips removed (2 1/2 lbs, or your favourite chicken pieces breasts, thighs or quarters)

Recipe

  • 1 combine dressing, soy sauce and ginger.
  • 2 pour over chicken.
  • 3 cover and marinate 6 hours or overnight.
  • 4 drain, reserving marinade.
  • 5 place wings on broiler pan.
  • 6 bake for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once.
  • 7 brush occasionally with marinade.
  • 8 serve warm.
