Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 prepared rotisserie chicken, meat pulled from bone and chopped
  • 1 cup buffalo hot sauce (i like frank's)
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup chunky bleu cheese salad dressing
  • 1 (8 ounce) package mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 (16 ounce) package carrots, cut into sticks
  • 1 (16 ounce) package celery, cut into sticks
  • chopped green onion (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f; lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish; set aside.
  • 2 in a medium bowl, combine chicken and buffalo sauce.
  • 3 place in bottom of prepared baking dish.
  • 4 in another bowl, combine cream cheese, dressing mix, and blue cheese dressing.
  • 5 beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy.
  • 6 spread cream cheese mixture over chicken layer.
  • 7 sprinkle mozzarella over cream cheese layer.
  • 8 bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • 9 remove from oven; cool for 10 minutes.
  • 10 serve with carrots and celery sticks.
  • 11 garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
