Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

- 1 prepared rotisserie chicken, meat pulled from bone and chopped
- 1 cup buffalo hot sauce (i like frank's)
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup chunky bleu cheese salad dressing
- 1 (8 ounce) package mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 (16 ounce) package carrots, cut into sticks
- 1 (16 ounce) package celery, cut into sticks
- chopped green onion (optional)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f; lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish; set aside.
- 2 in a medium bowl, combine chicken and buffalo sauce.
- 3 place in bottom of prepared baking dish.
- 4 in another bowl, combine cream cheese, dressing mix, and blue cheese dressing.
- 5 beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until creamy.
- 6 spread cream cheese mixture over chicken layer.
- 7 sprinkle mozzarella over cream cheese layer.
- 8 bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
- 9 remove from oven; cool for 10 minutes.
- 10 serve with carrots and celery sticks.
- 11 garnish with chopped green onions, if desired.
