Ingredients

- 3 lbs chicken wings
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients.
- 2 add wings and marinate overnight.
- 3 (i have often marinated in fridge for 1 to 2 days) bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
