Broiled Asian Chicken

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 8 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon canola oil
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon red curry paste
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar

Recipe

  • 1 thaw chicken breasts completely and place on a foil lined cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
  • 2 turn oven on broil.
  • 3 whisk together in a small bowl all other ingredients.
  • 4 brush the chicken with the sauce on both sides and place in oven. brush chicken several times during cooking time to ensure a nice thick glaze.
  • 5 flip chicken at 7 minutes.
  • 6 cooking time is approx 12-15 minutes depending on your oven.
  • 7 best served with rice and sugar snap peas.
  • 8 **or cut the chicken into bite sized pieces before cooking and serve up some savvy chicken appetizers! -- (present with toothpicks).
