Baked Mini Bread Cups

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 12 slices fresh thin sliced bread, crusts removed
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 using a 2 2/3-inch round cutter (or juice glass) cut bread into rounds.
  • 2 butter both sides with melted butter and press into mini muffin tins, being careful not to tear bread and season with salt.
  • 3 bake at 300°f for 10 to 15 minutes until toast are firm to the touch and slightly golden in color.
  • 4 fill with desired fillings.
