California Artichoke Dip

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces water-packed artichoke hearts, drained and finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • pepper
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, reserving 1/4 cup for topping

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • 2 combine all ingredients except cheese for topping and blend well
  • 3 spread into an oven proof-serving dish
  • 4 sprinkle top with 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 5 bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly
  • 6 serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
