Ingredients
- 1 lb braunschweiger sausage
- 1/2 cup onion, minced
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 saute the onion for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. then remove from heat and drain.
- 2 mix braunschweiger with cream cheese, then mix in the onion and pepper.
- 3 serve as a spread on crackers or as a dip for raw veggies.
