Authentic Mexican Cheese Sauce

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 (12 ounce) packages chihuahua cheese
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced jalapenos
  • milk

Recipe

  • 1 on medium low heat, pour 2 tbsp milk in medium sauce pan.
  • 2 cut cheese into 1"x1" cubes.
  • 3 put in pan on with milk.
  • 4 drain jalapenos and pour into pan.
  • 5 stir about every four or five minutes.
  • 6 cheese will be very thick, add milk until you reach your desired consistancy.
  • 7 for leftovers, place in pan on stove top, add milk if consistancy is too thick.
