Authentic Mexican Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

- 2 (12 ounce) packages chihuahua cheese
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced jalapenos
- milk
Recipe
- 1 on medium low heat, pour 2 tbsp milk in medium sauce pan.
- 2 cut cheese into 1"x1" cubes.
- 3 put in pan on with milk.
- 4 drain jalapenos and pour into pan.
- 5 stir about every four or five minutes.
- 6 cheese will be very thick, add milk until you reach your desired consistancy.
- 7 for leftovers, place in pan on stove top, add milk if consistancy is too thick.
