Ingredients
- 1 (250 g) package cheddar cheese
- 1 (250 g) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon port wine
- 1 teaspoon grated pepper
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- parsley
- paprika
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients.
- 2 chill 2-3 hours to blend flavours.
- 3 shape, working quickly, into one inch balls.
- 4 roll 1/3 in chopped parsley, and 1/3 in paprika, keeping 1/3 plain.
- 5 arrange on a tray and serve with crackers.
