Baked Corn Dip

Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 2 (11 ounce) cans mexicorn, drained
- 1 (2 ounce) jar pimientos, drained
- 1 bunch green onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup jalapeno, chopped (or to your liking)
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon accent seasoning
- 1 lb grated cheese (i used sharp cheddar and cojack blend)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 mix all ingredients together.
- 3 pour into a pam sprayed 9x13 pan.
- 4 bake for 15 minutes.
- 5 stir.
- 6 bake for another 15 minutes.
- 7 serve hot with fritos or any chips of your choice.
- 8 enjoy!
