Baked Corn Dip

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 (11 ounce) cans mexicorn, drained
  • 1 (2 ounce) jar pimientos, drained
  • 1 bunch green onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup jalapeno, chopped (or to your liking)
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon accent seasoning
  • 1 lb grated cheese (i used sharp cheddar and cojack blend)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 mix all ingredients together.
  • 3 pour into a pam sprayed 9x13 pan.
  • 4 bake for 15 minutes.
  • 5 stir.
  • 6 bake for another 15 minutes.
  • 7 serve hot with fritos or any chips of your choice.
  • 8 enjoy!
