Coconut-honey Fruit Dip

Ingredients
- 16 ounces cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon orange rind
Recipe
- 1 whirl cottage cheese at low speed in blender until smooth.
- 2 transfer to medium size bowl. stir in yogurt, honey, coconut and orange rind; mix well. refrigerate until chilled (about one hour).
- 3 place dip in a small glass dish or hollowed-out cantaloupe and surround with bite size pieces of fresh fruit.
