Chicken Strips

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups italian seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 4 ounces finely shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil

Recipe

  • 1 cut chicken breasts into strips, salt and pepper to taste.
  • 2 mix bread crumbs and parmesan cheese in a large zip-lock bag.
  • 3 dip chicken strips in eggs and place into bread crumb mixture.
  • 4 refrigerate this for one hour (or more).
  • 5 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 6 coat bottom of dish ( iron skillet works best) with oil, and place strips into dish.
  • 7 cook 10-15 minutes each side.
  • 8 drain on paper towels.
  • 9 done.
