Bombay Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 24 chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons minced green onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins Ready Time: 1 hr 35 mins

  • combine chicken wings, vegetable oil, soy sauce, green onion, garlic, curry powder, turmeric, and black pepper in a resealable plastic bag. squeeze out the air, seal bag, and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
  • preheat oven to 350 degrees f (175 degrees c).
  • spread chicken wings into a large baking dish.
  • bake in the preheated oven until wings are browned, about 25 minutes.
