california guacamole with bacon

Ingredients

  • Servings: 40
  • 4 ripe avocados - peeled, pitted, and mashed
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked until crisp, drained and crumbled
  • 1 large tomato, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 dash hot pepper sauce to taste (optional)

    Preparation Time: 25 mins Ready Time: 25 mins

  • place the avocados in a bowl, and stir in the bacon, tomatoes, onion, and garlic until well blended. season to taste with salt and pepper. add hot pepper sauce, if desired. serve immediately.
