Beer Sausages In Beer Sauce

Ingredients

- 2 lbs polish sausage, cooked
- 1 cup beer
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup mustard
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
Recipe
- 1 cut cooked sausages into 1/2 inch slices.
- 2 in skillet combine sausage and beer. cover and simmer for 10 minutes. combine brown sugar and cornstarch.
- 3 stir in vinegar, horseradish and mustard. add to sausages. cook and stir until bubbly.
- 4 keep warm and serve warm using toothpicks.
