Beer Sausages In Beer Sauce

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs polish sausage, cooked
  • 1 cup beer
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish

Recipe

  • 1 cut cooked sausages into 1/2 inch slices.
  • 2 in skillet combine sausage and beer. cover and simmer for 10 minutes. combine brown sugar and cornstarch.
  • 3 stir in vinegar, horseradish and mustard. add to sausages. cook and stir until bubbly.
  • 4 keep warm and serve warm using toothpicks.
