Ingredients

- 2 cups light sour cream
- 2/3 cup fresh basil, remove stems
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 blend all ingredients in a food processor for one to two minutes until combined. you may want to stop machine and scrape the sides to make sure it's all incorporated.
- 2 place in fridge for 2 hours so flavors will blend.
