- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/3 cup apple juice
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons soya sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 cut chicken breasts into 8 equal pieces.
- 2 mix marinade ingredients together and marinate chicken 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
