Biscuit And Lamb

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 1/3 ounce) package pillsbury grands refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 2 pre-cooked lamb chops
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons hickory flavored barbecue sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oil, to grease pan

Recipe

  • 1 grease pan lightly, place biscuits on pan.
  • 2 put thumb in middle of biscuit and press down to make a cup,.
  • 3 cut 2 lamb chops in small pieces put in a bowl.
  • 4 add 2 tablespoons of syrup and 2 tablespoons of barbeque sauce and mix well.
  • 5 fill the biscuit cups with lamb mixture and pack tight.
  • 6 turn the biscuits over so lamb is on the bottom.
  • 7 cook for 12-15 minutes, let cool and enjoy!yum!
