Braunschweiger And Nut Ball

Ingredients

  • Servings: 32
  • 1 pound braunschweiger liver sausage
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 pound chopped walnuts

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 15 mins Ready Time: 45 mins

  • in a bowl, mix the braunschweiger, cream cheese, worcestershire sauce, and 1/3 of the walnuts by hand. form into a ball, and refrigerate 30 minutes, or until firm. roll in the remaining walnuts to coat. refrigerate until serving.
