Tako Poki

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 pound cooked octopus, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup kosher salt (such as morton®)

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 15 mins Ready Time: 45 mins

  • combine the octopus, green onions, sesame oil, and kosher salt in a bowl; mix well. cover and refrigerate 30 minutes before serving.
