Bunuelos De Chorizo (sausage Nibbles)

Ingredients
- 1 (5 inch) spanish chorizo
- oil
- 1 egg
- salt
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon yeast
Recipe
- 1 take chorizo, deskin it and then slice one finger thick.
- 2 mix the flour and the yeast with a little salt and the beaten egg.
- 3 coat the chorizo in the batter and fry them in a deep fryer at the french fry temperature (based upon your manufacturer) until they rise to the surface golden brown.
- 4 allow to drain on paper towels to absorb excess oil. serve immediately.
