Bunuelos De Chorizo (sausage Nibbles)

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (5 inch) spanish chorizo
  • oil
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon yeast

Recipe

  • 1 take chorizo, deskin it and then slice one finger thick.
  • 2 mix the flour and the yeast with a little salt and the beaten egg.
  • 3 coat the chorizo in the batter and fry them in a deep fryer at the french fry temperature (based upon your manufacturer) until they rise to the surface golden brown.
  • 4 allow to drain on paper towels to absorb excess oil. serve immediately.
