Brie Stuffed Mushrooms

Total Time: 22 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1 container of brie cheese spread (recipe printed on the asagio container)
  • 3 -5 large mushrooms, caps
  • 2 slices fully cooked bacon, drained and crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • garlic powder, for seasoning (optional)
  • ground pepper, for seasoning (optional)
  • olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 scoop the cheese spread into a small bowl; add the bacon, bread crumbs, parsley, and seasonings, if using.
  • 2 mix well.
  • 3 remove stems from the mushroom caps; discard.
  • 4 gently rinse and wipe the caps clean.
  • 5 spoon the cheese mixture into the mushroom wells; place on a lightly oiled baking sheet.
  • 6 bake in a preheated 350*f oven for 8-12 minutes, depending on the size of the mushrooms.
  • 7 serve hot.
