Bleu Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 30 mushrooms, rinsed with stem removed
  • 1 -1 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (softened)

Recipe

  • 1 put mushroom stems in a food processor and process until well minced.
  • 2 add to the softened bleu cheese.
  • 3 fill each mushroom cap with a good amount.
  • 4 place on baking sheet and bake at 350 for 20- 30 minutes.
  • 5 i have also made these with brie and it's good too- if you use a regular cheese (cheddar, swiss, etc.) mix just a tad of mayo or sour cream to the cheese and minced stems or they will be too dry.
