Chinese Roast Chicken Wings

Total Time: 5 hrs Preparation Time: 4 hrs Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 12 large chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons sherry wine
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Recipe

  • 1 place wings in a large bowl with all other ingredients.
  • 2 cover and refrigerate 3 hours or over night.
  • 3 preheat over to moderate.
  • 4 drain chicken wings and reserve marinade.
  • 5 place wings into baking dish and bake uncovered basting with marinade or do what i do and throw the marinade in the pan.
  • 6 bake 45 - 1 hour until golden and brown.
