Buffalo Chicken Dip

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 ounce) can of chicken breasts or 1 -1 1/2 cup left over chicken breast
  • buffalo, sauce- add to your taste. i usually add 1/2 cup of frank's buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup finely shredded cheese, of your choice
  • serve with frito scoops or tortillas, chips. i also have served with a crusty italian or sourdough bread

Recipe

  • 1 soften your cream cheese and spread into a shallow dish or platter.
  • 2 drain chicken and chop up. if you use left over chicken, you will need to shred or chop up in a small dice.
  • 3 mix chicken with buffalo sauce to your taste. i like it moist because it will be baked and i don't like it to dry out.
  • 4 spread chicken mixture evenly over the cream cheese.
  • 5 top the chicken with shredded cheese.
  • 6 bake in a 350 degree oven until heated through and bubbling around the edges.
