Amalfi Octopus

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/2 kg a medium sized octopus, cooked and cut into pieces
- 1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped onions
- 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh basil, finely chopped
- 6 ounces avocados, cut into cubes
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 serrano chilies, finely chopped
- salt
- chili powder
Recipe
- 1 mix the octopus, onions, and basil in a bowl. add the avocado cubes on top.
- 2 add the lime juice, olive oil, salt, serrano chili and the chili powder (i recommend "tajin" a mexican brand).
- 3 serve with tostadas or pita crisps.
