Chinese Sesame Chicken

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 chicken thighs
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, freshly grated
  • egg , beaten
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds
  • 6 cups oil, for frying

Recipe

  • 1 marinate thighs for 15 mins.
  • 2 dip each thigh into egg and dredge in flour and cornstarch mixed with sesame seeds.
  • 3 deep fry until tender, 15 minutes.
