Ingredients

- 8 chicken thighs
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons rice wine
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, freshly grated
- egg , beaten
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 6 cups oil, for frying
Recipe
- 1 marinate thighs for 15 mins.
- 2 dip each thigh into egg and dredge in flour and cornstarch mixed with sesame seeds.
- 3 deep fry until tender, 15 minutes.
