- 16 asparagus spears
- 16 slices serrano ham
- black pepper
- olive oil
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees f.
- 2 wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of ham.
- 3 place wrapped spears in a single layer in a baking dish.
- 4 sprinkle with black pepper and drizzle with olive oil.
- 5 roast for 10 minutes.
