Ingredients
- 3 lbs asparagus, trimmed
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons wasabi paste
Recipe
- 1 blanch asparagus in 2 batches in a large saucepan of boiling salted water for 1 minute.
- 2 immediately place spears in a cold water bath.
- 3 drain well, and pat dry.
- 4 whisk together other ingredients and serve.
