Cheesy Sausage Balls

Ingredients

• 1 lb sausage, i like jimmy dean
• 3/4 cup biscuit mix
• 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
• 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

• 1 mix all ingredients together well.
• 2 form into 1in balls.
• 3 place on ungreased shallow pan.
• 4 bake at 375* for 15 minutes until golden brown.
