Ingredients
- 1 lb braunschweiger sausage (liver sausage)
- 1/2 cup onion, minced
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 saute onions about 8-10 minutes. remove from heat and drain.
- 2 put all in food processor. blend.
- 3 serve on crackers or thinly sliced party rye. could be a fresh veggie dip.
