- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (15 ounce) can artichoke hearts in brine
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- paprika
- melba toast
Recipe
- 1 mash artichoke hearts.
- 2 mix with mayonnaise, chedder cheese and cayenne.
- 3 turn into a greased 8" pan.
- 4 sprinkle with paprika.
- 5 cover with foil.
- 6 bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
- 7 serve hot-- spread on melba toast.
