Ingredients

- 3 large mangoes, peeled, pitted and diced (can sub frozen, thawed)
- 1 medium jalapeno pepper, stemmed, seeded, and minced
- 2/3 cup red bell pepper, diced
- 1/3 cup red onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Recipe
- 1 stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl.
- 2 chill until ready to serve.
