Cheese Sauce (welsh Rabbit)

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (to taste)
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 3/4-1 cup milk
  • 3/4-1 cup velveeta cheese, cubed

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in large saucepan.
  • 2 remove from heat and stir in flour.
  • 3 add milk and return to medium heat.
  • 4 when milk thickens remove from heat.
  • 5 add salt, pepper and cheese.
  • 6 return to low heat stirring constantly, until cheese is melted.
  • 7 serve over toast, nachos, or make into a mac & cheese.
