Cheese Thins

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 pinch cayenne
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 1/2 cup water
Recipe
- 1 measure first 7 ingredients into a bowl.
- 2 stir well.
- 3 add cooking oil and water.
- 4 mix until you can form a ball.
- 5 cover and let stand 20 minutes.
- 6 divide into 4 portions.
- 7 roll 1 portion paper thin on a lightly floured surface.
- 8 cut into 8 wedges.
- 9 arrange on an ungreaded baking sheet.
- 10 repeat.
- 11 bake in a 375 degree oven for around 10 minutes or until crisp and lightly browned.
