Bacon Jalapeno Poppers

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 12 jalapenos
  • 16 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 piece romano cheese
  • 1 -2 habanero
  • 8 -16 ounces packages of thick bacon
  • toothpick

Recipe

  • 1 cut jalapenos in half and scrape out the seeds.
  • 2 cut the ivernia/romano cheese, into think slices.
  • 3 cut habaneros into thin slices.
  • 4 cut bacon in half.
  • 5 fill jalapeno halves with cream cheese.
  • 6 add slices of ivernia/romano, and the slices of habaneros.
  • 7 wrap the stuffed jalapeno halves in bacon, and secure with toothpicks.
  • 8 bake the poppers at 450-500 degrees for 15 minutes and then flip them over and bake for another 15 minutes.
  • 9 let them cool for at least 5 mintues and serve.
